Comment from Mollie Doll
I am writing on behalf of Rick Gardner and his amazing work with Binky & Bell. For years, Rick has been creating
and selling wonderful original dog themed artwork – with a portion of every sale going to various local animal
rescue groups.
Rick never misses an opportunity to set up his wares at festivals and has over the years, has learned which events
are going to be the most profitable. On the rare instance that Rick does not have something scheduled, he will
join smaller local adoption events where he makes sure to post and share the day’s rescue on his social media
(and continues raise money with each sale!)
His organization has grown to include an online store selling his items. He has also put donation bins in area pet
stores – donating all of the money back to rescues (it’s very clever: take a Binky & Bell sticker for a donation to
that location’s designated rescue group. My rescue’s bin is at an Unleashed Pet Store and garnishes a monthly
check for our nonprofit!)
Rick’s kindness and love for animals is so evident. His family adopted a cute medical needs pup several years ago
– so his passion for helping unwanted animals is true.
Freedom Ride Rescue is so grateful for all that he does.
Sincerely,
Mollie Doll
